Pennsylvania is searching for service providers to administer its Multifamily Weatherization Assistance Program. The goal of this program is to provide a cost-effective approach to lowering operating expenses, maintaining affordability, and creating healthier, more comfortable living environments for low-income families living in buildings with 5 or more units.
Interested community action agencies, city government agencies, county government agencies, local housing authorities, local redevelopment authorities, and other public or nonprofit entities are encouraged to apply. The application period will open at 8:00am on Monday, January 22, 2024 and will close at 5:00pm on Thursday, March 21, 2024.
Applicants must apply electronically through the Electronic Single Application for Assistance system located at http://www.esa.dced.state.pa.us.
