The Building Performance Association and AnnDyl Policy Group are conducting a survey of Arizona contractors. We invite any Arizona contractors to participate in the survey and share their feedback and priorities for the IRA rebate and workforce training grants. We will share this information with the Office of Resiliency and the U.S. Department of Energy to elevate the voice of the contractor in designing these important programs.

In January 2024, the Office of Resiliency held a roundtable discussion to get input from contractors about the development and implementation of the Homeowners Manage Energy Savings Rebate (HOMES) and the Home Electrification and Appliance Rebate (HEAR) programs. These programs, funded by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and administered by the U.S. Department of Energy, will assist Arizonians, particularly low and moderate-income Arizonians, in improving the energy efficiency of their residence, reducing indoor and outdoor air pollution and saving money on energy bills.

Those who did not attend the roundtable now have a chance to share their feedback with the survey.

Complete the Survey >

The deadline to complete the survey is February 11.

Survey responses will only be shared in anonymized/aggregated format to protect your confidentiality. Options presented in this survey do not necessarily reflect how the Office of Resiliency or DOE will address these programs in their program guidelines.
