Building Performance Association (BPA) is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to lead the BPA Affiliate Groups in Maryland, Nevada, Utah, and South Carolina. The Affiliate Groups will work toward identifying and alleviating industry challenges in their state, sharing best practices, and advocating for the home performance industry.

As a lead organizer, you’ll have a pivotal role in bringing together local stakeholders. Your efforts will empower workers, contractors, and advocates, giving them a collective voice in shaping the design and implementation of state and federals programs that impact them directly.

How will the BPA Affiliate Groups operate?

Each state will have its own Affiliate Group that will meet virtually and in-person on a regular basis. The group will serve as a hub for workforce development in the home performance/energy efficiency industry, offering resources, best practices, policy, networking, professional development, and employment opportunities.

Who can join the BPA Affiliate Groups?

State Energy Offices, State Housing Divisions, State Department of Labor, Weatherization agencies, contractors, small businesses, nonprofits, and others interested in changing the home performance industry are welcome to join the Affiliate group.
