An update from the U.S. Department of Energy Office of State and Community Energy Programs:
The U.S. Department of Energy requires states, territories and Tribes to submit implementation blueprint plans for their Home Energy Rebate programs. These documents need to be submitted either with a full funding application or at least 60 days prior to program launch.
DOE has amended the following blueprints to include sample responses to help applicants complete their plans:
- Consumer Protection Plan — Required Elements and Sample Responses
- Community Benefits Plan — Required Elements and Sample Responses
- Education and Outreach Plan — Required Elements and Sample Responses
