An update from the Oregon Department of Energy:

Funding for the Oregon Department of Energy’s Oregon Rental Home Heat Pump Program is fully reserved as of May 2024, and ODOE is no longer accepting applications.

The Oregon Legislature allocated an additional $4 million to this program during the 2024 legislative session, and we expect that funding to be available for new reservations in July. We will provide updates by email and on our program webpage when ODOE begins accepting new applications.

We’re pleased this program is helping expand access to heat pumps for so many Oregon renters, and grateful to the local contractors who have helped make it successful.

Visit ODOE’s website to learn about the Community Heat Pump Deployment Program and our other available incentives.
