For Contractors & WAP
Apprenticeships are a proven tool for employers to recruit and train a skilled workforce while providing individuals with an earn-while-you-learn approach to career development. BPA has developed an Energy Specialist Apprenticeship Program to help expand the clean energy workforce.
State-Level Workforce Needs Assessments
For State Energy Offices & Government
BPA conducts needs assessments that outline workforce gaps, barriers, and customized recommendations to solve those issues. Completed state assessments include Delaware, Maine, Virginia, and West Virginia, and one is currently ongoing in Kentucky.
Building Science Principles Training
For Trainers & Educators
Designed for educators, this training is a starting point for those aspiring to enter the field of residential energy efficiency. It guides career seekers into the world of home efficiency, comfort, and indoor air quality.
